1. Return/Exchange Timeframe

All Tukmir  products purchased can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt (based on the actual date you sign for the product). We will not be able to process return/exchange requests after 14 days. We appreciate your understanding.

2. Return/Exchange Conditions

  • The product must remain unused, in brand-new condition, with no signs of wear, scratches, or damage, and all accessories and packaging must be complete (e.g., no signs of use on screwdrivers, wrenches, etc., and original packaging must be intact);
  • A return or exchange request can only be made after the order status has been updated to "Shipped";
  • The order status will automatically update within 24 hours of successful delivery, and once updated, you can submit your return/exchange request.
  • 3. Return/Exchange Shipping Costs

    The party responsible for return/exchange shipping costs will be as follows:

  • If the return/exchange is due to an issue on our side (e.g., product quality issues, wrong items sent, missing items, etc.), Tukmir Tools will cover the shipping costs;
  • If the return/exchange is due to your reason (e.g., personal preference, wrong model purchased, or no longer needed, and the product is not defective), you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
  • 4. Refund Information

  • After receiving the returned product, we will complete the inspection within 3 business days;
  • If the product passes the inspection, the refund will be processed within 15 business days and returned to your original payment method (bank card, payment platform, etc.). The exact timing of the refund will depend on the payment platform or bank’s processing rules;
  • The refund amount will be based on the actual amount paid for the product and will not include return/exchange shipping fees that you may have paid.
